1. Returns Eligibility
- Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
- To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
Please note: Items that show signs of use or damage due to mishandling may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact us at info@vlightpro.co.za to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
- Step 2: Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all original components and documentation, and send it to the address provided in the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error or defective product.
4. Exchanges
- If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
- Exchanges are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
- Opened consumable products (e.g., adhesives, resins)
- Customized or personalized items

6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as preferred, at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once an item has shipped, it will fall under our standard returns policy.
